Chiang Mai’s Thapae Co-Kitchen Space will be hosting an evening of fine dining with a difference later this month. The quirkily named city eatery is staging an Indian Night and this will feature an enchanting fusion of vegetarian specialities.
The organisers of the gourmet meal have confirmed the menu will include nan breads, cumin infused fried rice and condiments like mango chutney and mint flavoured yoghurt sauce. They added that the emphasis will be on using locally sourced and organic ingredients in the creation of the dishes.
Indian Night will be held on Saturday 23rd November and will be served from 19:00. The cost per person is THB300. Thapae Co-Kitchen Space says the event will be reservations only and these can be made on the establishment’s Facebook Instant Message link. The restaurant is located near the east end of Thapae Road and around 400 metres from the Ping River and Narawat Bridge.
