Chiang Mai’s Papa Rock bar will be hosting another scintillating evening of comedy next week. A duo of Celtic comedians will be gracing the stage at the Kad Farang venue in lieu of the customary live musicians next Monday, the 11 June 2018. Seasoned comics Phil Kay and Aidan Killian will be on stage from 19:00 onwards.
Both are noted for their own unique brands of humour. Phil Kay is the king of ad lib, voyages into the imagination and seemingly boundless energy. When he launches his shows he has no real idea of the ending or where the journey will take him and the audience. Aidan Killian pens his own material and the audience can expect topical themes of the day peppered with side-splitting gags.
Papa Rock says there are still tickets available for the event, but they are selling out quickly. Advance tickets are THB600 which increases to THB700 on the door. Concession tickets for Papa Rock Roadie Club members are THB500. The Papa Rock Facebook page has full details. Papa Rock has moved and has been a staple entertainment venue at the Kad Farang lifestyle complex near Hang Dong for the past three months or so.
